The Penguin is a complete Wi-Fi Restaurant Management App includes Wi-Fi thermal printers, Wi-Fi Token Display, Admin main Software, Queue, Kitchen and Captain applications.

In conventional restaurant management, captains take order on a paper, gives it to the waiter for making its entry with the operator and then takes it to the kitchen, bar or pantry etc. In this situation not only the legwork of the waiter increases, but a lot of manual interaction and interpretation is required. Not only is everyone’s precious time wasted, in turn customers wait for the service from the waiter resulting in pressure and poor order management.

With PENGUIN sim-less Tablet, the captain can take orders on a wireless touchpad. The captain has to just add the item and order from his Tablet, instantly the KOT/BOT comes out at their respective departments thru Wi-Fi and portable thermal printer. Likewise it reflects on the cash counter machines (server). Captain and waiter need not leave the service area, hence providing their customers with better service. (Captain can take the order like less spicy, medium, kadak, 1by2 and other also)

We have every provision in the system. If customer wants cancellation then captain does it from his Tablet only but if owner wants that this facility will be given to cashier only then it is there. You may add reasons on every cancellation so that it can be analysed that why these cancellations happened. We have remarks facility also, because an order goes as customer wants. Here we have remarks in the systems for ordered item like hot, Jain, spicy, medium spicy etc. Also Admin can write new remarks very easily so that order will go as per customers’ requirement.

We provide every member of the restaurant as a different user, so that owner will be able to see all the transactions but other employee will see as per the owners’ permission. Every role is already kept in it so you can give provisions to your employees as per your need. You don’t need to worry about any misuse.

PENGUIN comprises of both hardware and software. For Hardware following components are required:

  • PC with Pentium IV with 1 GB RAM, Windows XP Home with minimum 40 GB HDD.
  • Wi-Fi units, as per the requirement of the premise.
  • Wi-Fi thermal Printer as per no. of kitchens and 1 for Queue management; manufactured by Prompt Group only.
  • Sim-less tablets as per no. of captains going to use it.
  • Wi-Fi Display; manufactured by Prompt Group only.
